Our story
Built around fixed school calendars and event dates that cannot move.
We began manufacturing in 1994 and expanded from printing and promotional products into coordinated event production. As school field days, sports days and district meets became larger and more ambitious, organizers needed one team capable of matching bibs, ribbons, medals, shirts, signs and activity equipment to one fixed event date.
SchoolSports was built around that challenge. Our design, production, quality-control and logistics teams work from one school brief and plan backward from the required in-hand date. That means fewer suppliers to chase, fewer handoffs to manage and one accountable partner from proof approval to delivery.
Our products now support schools, districts, PTO teams, camps and youth programs in 13 countries.

This scale supports both 50-piece apparel minimums and multi-campus programs while keeping each school’s names, colors, sizes and quantities attached to one approved order record.

Every order starts with an approved proof and ends with pre-shipment quality checks for color, numbering, sizing, finish and carton labels. You communicate directly with the manufacturer, not through an anonymous marketplace or layers of trading companies.
If something we made is incorrect or omitted, our team prioritizes the remake and reshipment. Timelines are planned around your event date, with express, air and sea delivery options selected to match the schedule and budget.
